Working drawings: the stage nobody photographs
After the render is approved, the real design work begins. Every unit is drawn with dimensions, internal partitions, shutter directions, handle positions, hardware codes and edge-banding notes. Wall elevations show tile layout with cut-tile positions decided in advance, false ceiling plans show every light and the AC grille, and a door schedule lists sizes and swings. The factory cuts boards from these sheets; the tile setter starts from the marked corner; the electrician drills where the drawing says.
