Terms of Service

These terms apply to interior design, architecture, civil construction, renovation, custom furniture, electrical, plumbing, landscape and related services delivered under the MoGhara brand of E2E Interior Services Pvt. Ltd. in Odisha.

Scope and quotations

All estimates and quotations are based on the information, site condition, measurements and scope available at the time of preparation. Final billing may change after actual site measurement, design changes, material upgrades or additional work requested by the client.

Design, execution and payment

Work begins only after scope approval and agreed booking/payment milestones. Design drawings, 3D renders, material selections and execution schedules are project-specific and remain MoGhara intellectual property until the agreed payment is received.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide site access, approvals, correct property information, timely payments and decisions required for smooth execution. Delays caused by access, payment, external vendors, third-party workers or late approvals may affect timelines.

Service area

MoGhara currently operates only in Odisha. Service availability may depend on branch coverage, site location and project size.

Warranty and exclusions

Warranty, if applicable, will be mentioned in the quotation or agreement. It does not cover misuse, seepage, civil movement, third-party damage, natural calamity, client-side modification or unpaid work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Odisha.
